Terms and Conditions

We have a few Terms and Conditions you must follow when using our service or visiting our site. This page is here to protect both you as a reader of our publication and us.

Netcord Creative Agency, “Netcord”, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information that you provide to us. This document contains the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of our services, blog, and other content.

Your Responsibility

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord, Inc, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Discord and Netcord, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

According to the US' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA, and the Terms of Service of Discord, this website is limited to users over the age of 13. By using this website, you agree that you are at least 13 years old. And by making a payment to Netcord for its services, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and/or supervised by a parent or guardian.

Netcord Services are handled on a case-to-case basis with different pricing and features. The services offered to clients depend on the requirements provided to us by the client. These requirements are clearly stated in the provided contract Agreement, which is approved by the client before proceeding with the project.

Payments for services are made through PayPal invoicing where you can pay with Debit card, Credit card, PayPal balance, Stripe, or Venmo depending on your location. Please note that payments made to Netcord are non-refundable. Once the client signs the contract, they are obligated to make the agreed-upon installments going forward.

Until the payment of the final invoice, the ownership of the created Discord server/assets remains under Netcord. After the completion of the project, Netcord agrees to transfer all assets and Discord server ownership to the client.

Any request for additional services in an ongoing project may result in additional charges, which will be reflected in the subsequent invoice. Revision requests are to be made within 3 business days after the project completion. If requested by the client, confidentiality is to be maintained by Netcord. Otherwise, in default circumstances, Netcord may use the client's logo, testimonial, and graphics in Social Media marketing, Website, etc.

The client acknowledges and agrees that upon withdrawal of the agreement, they will not be entitled to any reimbursement for the payment made and understands that any work completed up until that point will remain the property of Netcord. Upon completion of the project, the client shall retain full copyright and ownership of any assets specifically provided by the client for the purpose of the project. The service provider acknowledges that these assets are the exclusive property of the client, and no claim of ownership or rights shall be made by the service provider over such assets. However, the service provider reserves the right to retain copies of the completed project for their records and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties.

The Netcord Referral Program is open to all individuals who refer a business or creator, brand, or NFT project to Netcord. The Referrer must be of legal age and comply with these terms and conditions.

To qualify for the Program, the Referrer must ensure that the referred business is not an existing or previous client of the Company and meets the specified criteria.

As a gesture of appreciation, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a referral reward of up to $100 USD. The reward will be calculated as 10% of the total project deal value secured with the Referred Client. The maximum reward amount shall not exceed $100 USD, regardless of the project deal value.

The Referrer may submit multiple referrals, each eligible for a referral reward, subject to the Referred Clients meeting the program criteria. However, the Referrer cannot refer to their own business or projects or engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or manipulative of the Program.

The Program excludes referrals from employees, affiliates, contractors, or agents of the Company, as well as referrals made in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or ethical guidelines.

To claim the reward, the referrer must reach out to Netcord and provide appropriate proof of the referral. As an additional verification measure, Netcord reserves the right to inquire with the Referred Client regarding their source of information. If the Referred Client confirms that they were indeed referred by the Referrer, the Referrer shall be deemed entitled to receive the referral reward. This process ensures a fair and accurate determination of the Referrer's eligibility for the reward.

Netcord Articles

If you claim any information, asset in our content to be misinformation, used without permission, or without source, please contact us immediately. Our articles are written by individual writers with their own research and personal experience. We gather information from multiple sources for our news content and we link the source of the information within the article.

We have a few Terms on how you should comply with using our content.

Redistribution

Redistributions of Articles by Netcord is strictly prohibited in certain cases. Distributing our content through our official links in social media is highly appreciated.

You may not re-publish entire content from articles on third-party websites for commercial benefits. You agree to acknowledge the fact that article posts by Netcord are properties of Netcord itself and the writer of the particular article.

Using 'Netcord' as Source

There may be instances where you would have to provide Netcord as a source of information in your content or conversation. You may use Netcord as a source.

However, please acknowledge that Netcord articles, like most articles on the internet, are gathered information from multiple sources in a single formatted document.

The better way to approach adding a 'source' of information for your content is to use the absolute source. If you get information from our articles, as long as we provide a source, you should link the absolute source that we linked.

Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use our website and services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have subscribed to our newsletter) or by posting a notice on Netcord Articles or in the community Discord Server.
